This form is operated by DesignStreet Pty Ltd ABN 56083224202 (“we”, “us”).
The sole purpose of this form is to collect your email address, BSB and bank-account number so we can make an electronic payment to you. By submitting the form you confirm the details are accurate and belong to you.
You must enter your own banking details in the correct format – BSB six digits, account number six to nine digits. We are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect account if you provided inaccurate information.
We may take the form offline for maintenance or security without notice. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
Except for responsibilities that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our maximum liability arising out of or in connection with this form is limited to reprocessing a payment once correct details are confirmed.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We collect this information only to verify your identity and to process a single electronic funds transfer into your nominated Australian bank account (APP 3) oaic.gov.au.

Formspree’s infrastructure is located in the United States. By submitting the form you consent to this overseas storage (APP 8).
6. Retention
We export the data to an encrypted drive, complete payment within 30 days, then delete the Formspree record and our local copy within 90 days, after which backups age out on their normal 30-day cycle (APP 11) oaic.gov.au.
7. Data-breach response
If we suspect unauthorised access that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breach scheme oaic.gov.au.
8. Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing jonty@designstreet.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
